Il sait le nom et pr\u00e9nom des collaborateurs de son \u00e9quipe, l\u2019histoire de l\u2019entreprise, les actualit\u00e9s du moment. Il pourra alors d\u00e8s le premier jour se concentrer sur l\u2019humain&nbsp;: \u00e9couter, expliquer, rassurer, communiquer, rencontrer, comprendre \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le manager de transition sera imm\u00e9diatement en mode actions&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les 30 premiers jours : ancrer la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, comprendre et r\u00e9diger le rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res semaines d\u00e9finissent le ton de la mission. L\u2019objectif : <strong>inspirer confiance,<\/strong> <strong>comprendre vite et agir juste. <\/strong>Ne vous isolez pas.<br>Le manager de transition s\u2019immerge, cartographie les acteurs, identifie les leviers humains et clarifie le mandat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Favorisez l\u2019observation \u00e0 l\u2019action durant les 8 \u00e0 10 premiers jours de mission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> phase est strat\u00e9gique car il est essentiel d\u2019\u00e9tablir la confiance.
