Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, loin d\u2019\u00eatre marginale, dessine une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de diriger : un <strong>leadership contextuel<\/strong>, agile et adaptatif, et un <strong>soft power organisationnel<\/strong>, fond\u00e9 sur l\u2019influence et l\u2019inspiration. Voil\u00e0 deux cl\u00e9s bien utiles pour tous les managers de transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manager de transition\u00a0: transformer sans autorit\u00e9 statutaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le hi\u00e9rarchique classique repose sur le pouvoir formel : d\u00e9l\u00e9guer, contr\u00f4ler, sanctionner si besoin. Mais dans des environnements matriciels, internationaux ou collaboratifs, cette m\u00e9canique perd en efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership contextuel invite \u00e0 <strong>lire la situation avant d\u2019agir<\/strong>. Comme le rappelaient Hersey et Blanchard (1969), il n\u2019existe pas un style id\u00e9al, mais une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 basculer entre directivit\u00e9, persuasion, participation et d\u00e9l\u00e9gation selon la maturit\u00e9 et la motivation des interlocuteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un atelier de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 demande de la facilitation. Une r\u00e9union de crise impose de la clart\u00e9 et des d\u00e9cisions rapides. Une \u00e9quipe d\u2019experts attend de l\u2019autonomie. Celle-ci se construit dans le temps, par la coh\u00e9rence entre discours et actes, par la constance dans l\u2019effort, par la transparence dans la communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gardner, Avolio et Walumbwa (2005) rappellent que l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 constitue le socle du leadership moderne. Son expertise technique, son habilet\u00e9 relationnelle et le soutien d\u2019un sponsor au comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif lui permettent d\u2019obtenir la reconnaissance n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une collectivit\u00e9 publique, un responsable support impulse une digitalisation sans autorit\u00e9 sur les autres directions. Ils repr\u00e9sentent une nouvelle forme d\u2019autorit\u00e9, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019influence et la confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4\" height=\"46\" src=\"\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les organisations recherchent plus d\u2019agilit\u00e9, de transversalit\u00e9 et de coop\u00e9ration, ces comp\u00e9tences deviennent strat\u00e9giques.
