Le candidat doit correspondre \u00e0 la culture de l\u2019entreprise, s\u2019adapter, construire une relation durable avec les \u00e9quipes. Le <strong>manager de transition<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 lui, est <strong>ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019organisation. Il intervient avec un <strong>regard neutre<\/strong> et une <strong>posture de chef de mission<\/strong>.
